Positive Images primarily serves women with and without children but men who are the main providers of their children are also eligible. The Positive Images II residential outpatient center has individual apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen, living space, bathroom and sleeping area. The facility has large spacious group rooms, offices, a kitchen and medical facility to provide therapeutic and administrative activities.

There is a common dining room, laundry room, library, computer lab, exercise room, licensed child care center, large and small meeting rooms, offices, elevator, and an outside courtyard for children and adults.
